 At our Bridging Community Healthcare Clinics we offer a Health and Wellness Program for business to provide healthcare services to their employees at a low cost. A health and wellness program is an arrangement between a corporation and its employees that provides a variety of support programs for the employee.

Bridging Community Health and Wellness Program investment figures:

  Monthly fee per employee (individual) - $75.00  

    • Covers all services including routine labs, X-rays, fluids and other select services.  

  Monthly family fee per employee - $150.00  

    • Covers all services including routine labs, X-rays, fluids and other select services  

 

Each employee who chooses to participate will be issued a health and wellness card. At the time of their visit, they simply need to show their ID and their card as a proof of identity. There is no co-pay nor a limitation on visits with this program.
