Patient Task List (New) — Manage Missing Patient Signatures on Privacy and Consent Forms in One Consolidated List  

You can now view all pending patient documentation in one place. If a patient needs to complete a specific form, such as a HIPAA acknowledgment or another consent form, you can send only the required form directly to the patient's phone for completion.

Waitlist Scheduling — Offer Open Appointments to Waitlist Patients via Automated Text Message  

The system automatically filters waitlist patients to match the appointment slot based on the currently scheduled appointment type or the appointment type selected on the waitlist entry. Patients are contacted in the order they were added to the waitlist (oldest first).

Enhanced Preferred Facility Selection on Quickview and check-in 

You can now use the improved Clinical Provider Selection Widget (CPSW) to manage a patient's preferred pharmacy, imaging center, and laboratory in the new Patient Preferred Facilities section of Quickview and Check-in.

athenaText - Search by Topic, Participant, or Message Content.

You can now search athenaText conversations by topic, participant, or message content on desktop and supported standalone mobile applications. (This feature is not currently available in the athenaOne Mobile app.)

Personally, I think this is an awesome feature because I can never remember how to handle certain situations, like TRICARE. Now I can simply search for it in athenaText instead of looking through old messages.
